This privacy policy sets out how London Head & Neck Ltd uses and protects your personal details and medical records that we collect by communicating with you through letters, emails, photographs and verbally by phone, conversation or consultation.

► To improve our clinical services by auditing the outcomes of treatment
We will not share these personal identification details with any person or organisation. Exceptions to this are where, as our patient, it is medically necessary to share information with other professionals involved in your care or where we are legally obliged to do so.
2) We collect your medical details: We use this for:
► Maintaining your medical records and planning your treatment
► To teach at medical conferences ONLY with your previously obtained explicit consent.
► To publish to medical journals ONLY with your previously obtained explicit consent.
We will not share your medical details with any person or organisation. Exceptions to this are where, as our patient, it is medically necessary to share information with other professionals involved in your care and where we are legally obliged to do so, or where you have given permission as detailed above.

You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
Your right to rectification
You have the right to request correction of any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request completion of information you believe is incomplete.
